Yara ESG Engagement Group call
Yara Annual Report 2025 will be published on 20 March 2026.
The report and more precisely the sustainability statements, cover Yara’s material sustainability topics and are prepared in compliance with the Norwegian Accounting Act and its requirement to adopt the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
Yara invites to regular ESG engagement group calls where investors and investor coalitions have the opportunity to engage on sustainability topics. The next ESG engagement call is scheduled for 13 May 2026 at 2:00pm-3:00pm CET.

The calls are organized using Microsoft Teams and all registered participants will receive connection details by COB on 12 May 2026.
Please note that Yara will not accommodate individual engagement requests on specific ESG topics requiring input from Yara’s subject matter experts.
