How do you think you contribute to Yara´s mission of responsibly feeding the world and protecting the planet?
As a Tanzanian youth, I motivate people my age to participate in farming through my lifestyle and showing great opportunities available without affecting their lifestyle as youth. You can enjoy, look good and be a great farmer. Farming is definitely doable for this strong young generation.

How do you think you contribute to Yara´s mission of responsibly feeding the world and protecting the planet?
Initially, being in a corporate team can be challenging to assimilate and see our contribution to the final outcome. I see our role as to the maintenance team of this Viking ship - if we don't take care to prevent holes, replace the sails, and store supplies properly, we put the entire crew at risk. Therefore, I consider our role essential in achieving our mission.
