SAP Business Network (SBN)
SAP Business Network (SBN) is Yara's digital platform for collaboration with suppliers providing selected services to our production plants. The use of SBN is determined by the responsible Yara buyer and/or contract manager, depending on the service and contractual setup.
When a service is managed through SAP Business Network, suppliers can collaborate with Yara digitally, including the management of service-related transactions and documentation throughout the service delivery process.
By using SAP Business Network, Yara and its suppliers benefit from improved transparency, standardised processes, and efficient collaboration across our production sites.
Training and support materials
To help suppliers get started with SAP Business Network, Yara provides the following training and support resources:
Supplier summit recording
Introduction to the SAP Business Network program, project scope, timelines, and onboarding process.
Functional training videos
Step-by-step demonstrations covering portal access, purchase orders, Service Entry Sheets (SES), mass uploads, and Pre-Calculation Tools (PCTs).
