Johan Labby

Mr. Labby (born in 1978) serves as Executive Vice President Global Production and has been a Yara employee since 2003. He previously held the position of EVP Global Plants & Operational Excellence (2023-2025) and has extensive leadership experience from Yara production sites, including Plant Manager in Le Havre, France, and the position as Maintenance, Engineering, and Turnaround Manager at different sites, including Belle Plaine, Canada, Le Havre, France, and Uusikaupunki, Finland.

He holds a Master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Mons, Belgium.
