Edina Ringdal Wickholm

Edina Ringdal Wickholm (born 1981) is Director of policy and government relations at Yara International. She has been with the company since 2021. Prior to joining Yara, she was a policy advisor to the parliamentary and Party leadership of the Labor Party in Norway from 2015. During this period, she also served as the city council secretary of finance in Oslo from 2018 to 2019, and she was seconded to NHO as a special advisor on the EEA from 2019 to 2020. She was the political advisor to the Deputy Mayor of Oslo from 2012 until 2015. She held various positions in the Labor Party and its youth organization AUF before and after her studies.   

She has served two terms as a board member for the Norwegian Board of Technology (2007 – 2015). She was the President of the Student Society in Trondheim 2006 - 2007. She served as a member of the city council and a member of the board of the city council in Porsgrunn, Telemark from 1999 – 2003.  

Ms. Ringdal Wickholm holds an Executive Master of Management degree from BI Norwegian Business School, and a Bachelor of Social sciences with Economics as her specialization from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Her academical records also include studies on Russian politics and society and market economics from the University of Oslo. She also has a one-year course in public policy and management from Hedmark University College.
