Yara LTIP share purchases

Oslo, 15 August 2019: On Thursday 15 August 2019 Yara International ASA purchased 63,134 own shares in the market at an average price of NOK 365.61 per share. The shares are purchased on behalf of and transferred to Yara executives taking part in Yara's Long-Term Incentive Program (LTIP) approved by the Yara International ASA Board of Directors. The LTIP shares are locked in for a period of three years after purchase, after which executives may keep or sell the shares at their discretion.


President and CEO Svein Tore Holsether purchased 2,662 LTIP shares. Following this purchase he owns 34,570 Yara shares.

EVP Production Tove Andersen purchased 1,173 LTIP shares. Following this purchase she owns 7,819 Yara shares.

EVP Supply Chain Pablo Barrera Lopez purchased 974 LTIP shares. Following this purchase he owns 3,294 Yara shares.

EVP Yara Brazil Lair Hanzen purchased 2,597 LTIP shares. Following this purchase he owns 16,081 Yara shares.

EVP Sales & Marketing Terje Knutsen purchased 1,210 LTIP shares. Following this purchase he owns 9,488 Yara shares.

EVP and General Counsel Kristine Ryssdal purchased 817 LTIP shares. Following this purchase she owns 5,752 Yara shares.

EVP and Chief Financial Officer Lars Røsæg purchased 1,325 LTIP shares. Following this purchase he owns 3,399 Yara shares.

EVP Corporate Strategy & Business Development Terje Tollefsen purchased 867 LTIP shares. Following this purchase he owns 7,900 Yara shares.

EVP People & Global Functions Lene Trollnes purchased 1,261 LTIP shares. Following this purchase she owns 12,818 Yara shares.

Designated CEO NewCo Yves Bonte purchased 1,910 LTIP shares. Following this purchase he owns 17,889 Yara shares.

SVP Investor Relations Thor Giæver purchased 444 LTIP shares. Following this purchase he owns 4,916 Yara shares.

VP Communications Kristin Nordal purchased 346 LTIP shares. Following this purchase she owns 379 Yara shares.

Chief Audit Executive Steinar Skar purchased 380 LTIP shares. Following this purchase he owns 4,131 Yara shares.
