Yara International: Divestment of Salitre phosphate mining project completed

Reference is made to the stock exchange release on 1 August 2021 regarding the divestment of the Salitre phosphate mining project in Brazil. The conditions for completion of the divestment have now been met and the transaction was successfully closed today.
Yara has received the total proceeds of USD 452 million.
