Yara International ASA - Mandatory notification of trade

Magnus Krogh Ankarstrand, Yara’s EVP & CFO, has on 20 July 2026 purchased a total of 895 Yara shares. Following this purchase, Magnus Krogh Ankarstrand owns a total of 11,183 shares in Yara international ASA.

Details of the transaction can be found in the attachment.

The share purchases are considered as PDMR trade under the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (“MAR”) and are subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to MAR article 19.
