Oslo, 10 June 2022: Yara International ASA will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting on Thursday 7 July at 16:30 CEST. The Board proposes that the Extraordinary General Meeting approves the internal reorganization to prepare for the contemplated IPO of Yara Clean Ammonia as announced on 4 May 2022. This Extraordinary General Meeting is held as a digital meeting only, where shareholders can attend online. There will be no physical attendance for shareholders.
