Key information related to proposed cash dividend to be paid by Yara International ASA

Oslo, 8 February 2022: The Board of Directors of Yara International ASA has decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting an ordinary dividend for 2021 of NOK 30.00 per share.

The following are the key dates if the dividend is approved by the Annual General Meeting:

Last day including right: 10 May 2022
Ex-date: 11 May 2022
Record date: 12 May 2022
