Change of employee-elected Board member

Oslo, 1 August 2019: Kari Marie Nøstberg will replace Kjersti Aass as employee-elected member of the Board of Yara International ASA, effective 1 September 2019. Aass has asked to step down from her Board position in connection with leave of absence.
