Marco Fleischmann
Marco Fleischmann, born on May 19,1980 in Würzburg, is married and father of three children. Since November 2022, he has been Managing Director and VP at Yara GmbH & Co. KG and as such responsible for Sales & Marketing in Germany, BeNeLux, Austria, and Switzerland. Previously, from September 2017 to December 2023, he was Commercial Director for Sales & Marketing. He started his professional career at Yara in 2006 as Regional Sales Manager.
Marco studied agriculture with strong focus on agricultural economics and agribusiness. During his studies, he did various internships in the field of agriculture. He holds an MBA of Julius-Maximilians-University Würzburg.
Prior to his career at Yara, he did an apprenticeship as a plant mechanic at Stadtwerke Würzburg.
