Yara is sensitive to privacy issues on the Internet and we want you to know how we treat the information we receive about you.
In general, you can visit the Site without revealing who you are or any information about yourself. Our web servers collect only the domain names, not the e-mail addresses of visitors. This information is aggregated to measure the number of visits, average time spent on the Site, pages viewed, etc. We use this information to measure the use of our Site and to improve the content of our Site. We may also share this aggregated information with others for similar purposes. By using the Site, you consent to such processing.

Jurisdiction and applicable law
The Norwegian courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against your for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
Changes and severability
If any provisions of this notice shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed several and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
