Yara uses its knowledge of nitrogen chemicals derived from the production of fertilizers to offer complete solutions for abatement of nitrogen oxides NOx and hydrogen sulfide H2S. We help our clients meet the tougher requirements of increasingly stringent environmental legislation around the world.
Yara is one of the leading European suppliers of carbon dioxide CO2 to industries ranging from food and beverage to refrigerated transport. We offer carbon dioxide supplied in liquid form (often referred to as LIC and delivered to tanks on customers’ premises) or solid as dry ice.
As a leading fertilizer producer, Yara has a strong production base for ammonia, nitric acid, urea ammonium nitrate and calcium nitrate. Yara has developed a dedicated, expert team to serve customers with many applications, with all team members committed to quality, reliability and service.
Yara is one of the world’s leading suppliers of Technical Ammonium Nitrate, used in ANFO (Porous Ammonium Nitrate mixed with Fuel Oil), the most-used and most-economical civil explosive currently on the market.
