Financial statement 2009

During 2009, Yara saw financial results reduced compared to the previous year. Affected by the market turmoil, decline in demand caused fertilizer sales – and company revenues – to fall. Net income was down by 54 percent; earnings per share were correspondingly lower, at NOK 13.08. Net interest-bearing debt decreased.
