Speciality gases

Speciality gases include pure and ultra pure gases, as well as gas and liquid compounds for calibration purposes, etc. We have many years of experience in delivering pure and ultra pure gases, which started in 1936 with the delivery of pure argon for the production of light bulbs. We are also highly qualified and widely experienced in the area of gas and liquid mixtures, due to our involvement in Norway’s oil extraction industry and its need for gas and liquid mixtures.

The quality of the pure and ultra pure gases usually starts at purity levels of 5.0 (99.999%), and these gases are widely used in the laboratory sector. Analysis instrumentation trends show increasingly improved detection limits, which in turn leads to greater focus on carrier-gas purity. Therefore, we have developed a series of ultra pure gases that are designed for specific analysis equipment.

Gas and liquid mixtures are used for calibrating a series of different measuring and analysis instruments, both in the laboratory sector and the manufacturing industry in general. The quality of the mixture and the purity of the mixture’s various components are set according to customer requirements
