Industrial gases

We supply a wide range of industrial gases to customers throughout the world.  Our product portfolio includes carbon dioxide, nitrogen, argon and oxygen, amongst others.

Industrial gases are used in diverse applications covering a number of industries, including metallurgical industry in production of aluminium and steel. Oxygen boosts temperature in smelting ovens, and argon and nitrogen remove impurities from the liquid metal. Gases are also used in the surface treatment of metals.

In further use of the metals, carbon dioxide, argon, helium and oxygen are needed in mechanical industries for welding and cutting in construction of e.g. shipyards or oil platforms.

A wide range of products are used in the process industry, from straightforward inertization to more demanding process gases used in production, as components in the processes, or in maintenance of equipment.

We are also present in production of oil and gas on the oil platform. Nitrogen is used after maintenance stops in pressure testing of equipment prior to drilling and processing of oil and gas, and gases are used for welding and cutting.

Air one of our most important sources of raw materials. We operate state of the art air separation plant producing industrial and high purity nitrogen, oxygen and argon. In addition specific liquefaction plant associated with ammonia production can also produce high purity argon.
