Dosing equipment
Process Control Equipment is a essential part of our business concept.
We provide solutions to our customers based on our products and our knowledge and experience of how to use them.
For optimal results, we have developed specially designed process-control equipment.
The new flagship in our series of process controllers is the IDA Control System™.
The IDA Control System™ can be used for dosage control of liquids and gases alike.
Benefits of the IDA Dosing Controller™:
- Easy to use due to the colour LCD touch screen and intuitive menu structure
- Good process documentation due to the data logging capacity of several months
- Reduced service costs by advanced remote control options
- Easily adaptable to customer needs by flexible programming and special features
- Physical integration in existing process-control equipment is possible
- Extendable due to modular concept
- Fast and easy to service due to “plug in” system for things like signals, sensors, dosing pumps and magnetic and motorised valves
- Customer access with password protection
- Compatible with eNutriox, our Internet solution for process control and data processing.

In eks. 2, IDA Control System™ is used for the prevention of hydrogen sulphide formation in industrial wastewater.
The IDA Control System™ receives signals from the industrial process control and the attached sensors and controls two dosing pumps for the application of NUTRIOX®.

This extended version of the IDA Control System™( eks. 3 )was built into a cabinet for the controlled dosage of CO2 gas into the process water to control pH levels at a paper mill. This particular paper mill runs the water
used in the production process through a totally closed loop, and has high requirements for process safety and reliability.
The IDA Control System™ is integrated in the paper mill’s own control system in order to optimize the CO2 dosage.
Our current range of dosing controllers consists of the IDA Control System™, with the modular units IDA Controller™ and minIDA Controller™, and the SBox™ controller designed for small dosing sites.
