HydroBlast® - Blast cleaning

HydroBlast^® has been specifically designed to meet growing customer demand for a multipurpose cleaning system that is fast, economical and totally environmentally-friendly, while not causing any damage to either the surface that is being cleaned, or its electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic components. HydroBlast^® works by blasting special cryo-pellets (made from dry ice) into the surface that is to be cleaned at high velocity, so as to break down and remove any contamination.

Unlike conventional methods, HydroBlast^® allows machinery to be cleaned while it is hot and still in the press, thus decreasing the downtime of machinery. This method of dry ice blasting is non-abrasive so there will be no damage to either moulds or tools and does not generate any secondary waste, so only the contaminate needs to be collected.
