In Roberto's new role, he manages projects and a high-performance team, aiming at increasing sales volumes and adding more value to Yara's offerings. In the market development and Innovation projects, he and his team produce scientific data through research. They translate technical features into sales argumentations and create promotional packages to help implement the Yara Crop Nutrition concept, which helps growers and partners improve their yield.
