Mr. Sundbø (born 1963) has been a Yara (Hydro) employee since 1987. He has been actively engaged in union matters in the Porsgrunn plant since 1989. He is deputy chairman of the local union chapter in Herøya Industripark Porsgrunn and union chairman of Yara Porsgrunn. He is also a member of the executive committee of the IndustriCluster Grenland (ICG). Sundbø has been a certified TQM supervisor since 1990. Since 2009, he has been secretary in European Work Council (EWC) of Yara.
