Mr. Sundbø has been a Yara (Hydro) employee since 1987. He has been actively engaged in union matters in the Porsgrunn plant since 1989. He is deputy leader of the local union chapter in Herøya Industripark Porsgrunn, and also union leader of Yara Porsgrunn. He is also member of the executive committee of the local industry cluster. Sundbø has also been a certified TQM supervisor since 1990. Since 2009 he has been secretary in EWC.
