Chief Human Resource Officer
Mr. Hallén has served as Chief Human Resource Officer since August 2009. Before joining Yara International he was Group HR Director at Aibel Group Ltd, London 2008-2009; In Zurich, Director HR with UBS, 2006-2008 and Executive Vice President with Accenture, 2004-2006; Senior Vice President HR at Volvo, Brussels 1998-2004. Hallén has also extensive international experience from leading HR positions in the World Bank, Washington DC and the OECD, Paris 1987-1998. Hallén holds an MSc of Behavioural Science and Personnel Management, eqvl. from the University of Gothenburg.
