Chief Legal Counsel
Mr. Faksvaag has served as Senior VP and Chief Legal Counsel since May 2008. His previous positions with the company include: Managing Director of Yara Switzerland Ltd., 2006–08; VP and general counsel of Yara North America, Inc, 2004–06; legal counsel and vice president of Norsk Hydro Americas, Inc., 2001–03. Mr. Faksvaag joined Hydro/Yara 1996 from the Norwegian law firm Wikborg, Rein & Co.
