A new Yara research center has been established in Shouguang in the northern coastal region of China.
In January 2009, Yara opened the Shouguang Center for Plant Nutrition Research, an extension site of the agronomic Research and Development (R&D) center in Hanninghof, Germany. The new facility has begun working on two key research projects – fertigation and balanced nutrition – focused on providing solid scientific information to the Yara commercial operation in Shandong.
